Illumination Technology
Available in both traditional fluorescent and modern LED versions, the cabinet offers advanced illumination technology. These LED bulbs are meticulously designed and calibrated by Precision Vision to ensure consistent luminance, with a recommended replacement every two years for optimal clinical performance.

Compatibility and Use
The cabinet is compatible with all ETDRS style eye test vision charts, including Sloan and Tumbling E series. It supports both visual acuity and contrast sensitivity testing, making it suitable for various ophthalmic applications. The cabinet's dimensions are 63 x 65.5 x 17.8 cm, with a chart viewing area of 62 x 65 cm, and it includes a convenient chart storage pocket.
Mounting Options
For versatile installation, the cabinet can be wall-mounted or made mobile with an optional 5-leg caster base, sold separately. Its construction is performance-welded for durability, and each unit is individually quality tested and calibrated. Color options include Traditional Beige and Cobalt Black.
Electrical Specifications
Designed for global use, the cabinet is available in different voltages (100V, 120V, 230V) and complies with CE standards. It is approved by the National Eye Institute and the FDA, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards.
Product Evolution
Earlier versions of the cabinet, such as v1, are now obsolete, while v2 and v3 remain in use but are recommended for replacement due to future bulb availability. The v4 and LED models are highly recommended for all current and future clinical and research applications, providing reliable performance and compliance with evolving regulations.
