Application Guidelines
To apply, ensure the wound is cleansed and the surrounding skin is dry. The dressing should extend 1–2 cm beyond the wound margin. Place the central pad over the wound and smooth the clear border to create a seal. It can be worn for up to 7 days, but should be changed if exudate absorption exceeds the pad's capacity.
Removal and Precautions
Removal is gentle, utilising a 'stretch and release' technique or adhesive remover to minimise skin damage. It is advisable not to use this dressing if there is a known allergy to its components. In cases of infection, consult a clinician for appropriate wound management.
