Application Guidelines

For best results, the stocking should be worn first thing in the morning and removed before bed. To apply, turn the stocking inside out to the heel, position the heel correctly, and gradually pull up the leg without twisting or overstretching. The stocking should sit about 3cm below the crease at the back of the knee.
