Usage Instructions
- For Milk: Simply add 5 drops per litre, shake, and refrigerate for 24 hours to convert 70–80% of lactose. Adjust the number of drops or time for greater conversion.
- For Breastfeeding: Add 4 drops to expressed breastmilk, shake, and wait 5 minutes before feeding.
- For Bottle Feeding: Add 4 drops per 50 mL of formula, shake, and wait 30 minutes.
These drops can also be used in cooking and can be frozen after conversion, though they are not suitable for acidic products like yoghurt and buttermilk.
