Composition
Each pessary contains:
- Lactobacillus crispatus – 2 billion CFU
- Lactobacillus gasseri – 2 billion CFU
- Lactobacillus rhamnosus GR-1™ – 1.25 billion CFU
- Lactobacillus reuteri RC-14™ – 1.25 billion CFU
Supporting ingredients include skim milk, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, and a plant-based hardshell capsule. The product is free from alcohol, gelatine, gluten, and several other common allergens, though it does contain milk.
Usage Instructions
- Insertion: With clean hands, insert 1 pessary deep into the vagina at bedtime daily for 5–10 days, or as advised by a healthcare practitioner.
- Ongoing Support: May be used 1–2 times a week.
- Timing: Recommended after emptying the bladder and not during menstruation.
Some white vaginal discharge may occur, which is normal and does not affect the product's effectiveness.
