Indications
This system is versatile, suitable for a variety of wound types including:
- Closed surgical incisions
- Chronic and acute wounds
- Traumatic and subacute wounds
- Dehisced wounds
- Diabetic, venous, and pressure ulcers
- Post-operative wounds, flaps, and grafts
Key Features
- Negative Pressure Delivery: Provides a regulated pressure of –125 mmHg, with a maximum of –150 mmHg, for up to 14 days.
- Controlled Fluid Management (CFM) Technology: Utilizes an absorptive, multi-layer dressing with a 50 ml canister to manage exudate, minimizing dressing saturation and change frequency.
Dressing Specifications
The border dressing features Safetac® Technology, offering gentle adhesion and minimal trauma upon removal. It is water-resistant, forms an airtight seal, and acts as a barrier against bacteria and viruses. Available in various sizes, it is single-use and compatible with Avance Solo Foam for cavity wounds.
Pump Details
The lightweight, battery-powered pump includes visual and audible alarms for leakage, blockage, low battery, and internal failure. It weighs less than 130g and measures 125mm x 68mm x 30mm. The system's tubing and fixation components ensure secure application and an airtight seal.
