Cellacast® Active is an innovative synthetic casting tape designed for medical professionals to provide effective immobilization and controlled movement of injured body parts. It offers the unique capability to create both fully immobilized and flexible areas within the same bandage.

Application Features

• Easy Handling: Low tack resin allows for simple molding with standard examination gloves.
• Quick Setting: Moulding time of 2.5–3 minutes and setting time of 4–5 minutes after water activation.
• Fully Weight-Bearing: Ready within 20–30 minutes.
• Customizable Layers: Adjust the number of layers for desired flexibility or stability.

Safety and Handling

• Gloves Recommended: To avoid direct contact with uncured product.
• Ventilation: Use in a well-ventilated area to prevent irritation from isocyanates.
• Water Activation: Optimal results with water at 20–24°C (68–75°F).

Storage and Disposal

• Storage: Keep below 24°C (75°F) and protect from moisture.
• Disposal: Ensure resin is set before disposing of with household waste.
