Indications

Comfeel Plus is suitable for a wide range of low to moderately exuding wounds, including:

• Chronic wounds such as leg ulcers and pressure ulcers.
• Acute wounds like superficial burns, donor sites, postoperative wounds, and skin abrasions.

The transparent variant is ideal for non- to low-exuding wounds, allowing for wound inspection without removal.

• Moisture Management: The dressing forms a viscous gel upon contact with wound exudate, absorbing moisture without adhering to the wound bed. Excess moisture evaporates through a semi-permeable top film, maintaining an optimal healing environment.

Application and Removal

To apply, cleanse and dry the wound area, ensuring the dressing overlaps the wound edges. The dressing can remain in place for up to 7 days, depending on exudate levels. Removal should occur when exudate approaches the edge or after 7 days, with disposal following local guidelines.

Storage Instructions
