• Sealing and Compatibility: The heat seal closure in a flat pack format enhances the integrity of the enclosure. It is compatible with both steam (gravity and pre-vacuum) and ethylene oxide (EO) sterilization methods, though not validated for devices with lumens.

• Chemical Indicators: External chemical indicators are printed on the reel, providing clear visual confirmation of sterilization. For steam, the indicator changes from green to purple, and for EO, from yellow to brown.

Post-sterilization, the sterility is maintained for up to 6 months with steam and 24 months with EO, provided the package integrity remains intact.

Storage Recommendations

Store the reels in a cool, dry, and ventilated environment with temperatures not exceeding 24°C (75°F) and humidity between 20–60%. Adhering to these conditions and rotating inventory on a “first in, first out” basis will help maintain product efficacy.
