Description

ABENA Soft Classic Underlay is a disposable protective underpad designed to help keep beds, chairs, examination couches, and other surfaces dry during continence and incontinence care. It is suitable for use in home care, hospitals, and residential care settings, and can also be used during non-sterile procedures where surface protection is needed.

The underlay features a soft nonwoven top layer that is intended to feel comfortable against the skin while supporting everyday hygiene needs. Inside, an absorbent fluff-pulp core helps draw in liquid quickly and retain moisture, which can assist in reducing surface wetness during use. A waterproof back sheet provides an added barrier to help protect mattresses, seating, and other underlying surfaces, while sealed edges are designed to help reduce the risk of leakage.
