Description
The Multigate Combine Dressing Roll is a non‑woven absorbent roll designed for versatile wound management. Constructed as a flat tube, it provides reliable absorption and conformability for medium to heavily exuding wounds. The roll measures 9 cm in width and 10 m in length, allowing clinicians to cut lengths to suit wound dimensions and anatomical contours. A soft, low‑linting surface supports patient comfort while helping maintain a clean wound environment.
Key Features
- Highly absorbent wadding suitable for moderate to heavy exudate
- Soft, conformable structure for comfortable fit on varied body sites
- Low‑linting cover to minimize loose fibres
- Can be cut to size for tailored application
- Non‑sterile, single‑use
Materials and Construction
- Composition: Absorbent wadding of mixed fibres (approx. 80% polyester / 20% viscose [rayon])
- Cover: Soft, conformable non‑woven polyester (~18 gsm)
- Construction: Wadding fully enclosed by non‑woven cover; ends heat‑sealed to contain wadding; long edges glued; cover overlap sealed to prevent exposed fibres

- Cut the required length from the roll using clean/sterile scissors as appropriate.
- Apply directly to the wound as a primary absorbent layer, or place over a primary contact dressing as a secondary layer.

Precautions
- For single use only; do not re‑use.
