Description

AsGUARD Exceed I.V. Dressing is a sterile transparent film dressing from the Sentry Medical range, designed for the protection and securement of intravenous insertion sites. This product family is suitable for a variety of vascular access applications, including PICC, PIVC, CVC lines, and ports, where ongoing site visibility and reliable fixation are important.

The dressing combines a clear, high-MVTR film with a laminated non-woven border. The transparent film helps maintain a clear view of the insertion site so routine visual assessment can be carried out without removing the dressing. Its high moisture vapour transmission rate supports evaporation of excess moisture, helping maintain an appropriate environment at the covered site while the waterproof film acts as a barrier against external moisture.
