AsGUARD I.V Dressing is a transparent polyurethane film dressing designed for peripheral IV cannula insertion-site management. The validated 6 cm x 7 cm variant with IV Insertion configuration is shaped to support secure placement around the cannula site while allowing practical access for line management. Supplied as a box of 50 individual dressings, it is suited to clinical environments where consistent dressing application and site observation are important.

The transparent film supports continuous visual monitoring of the insertion site without removing the dressing. This helps clinicians observe the area while maintaining the protective cover in place.

The film is moisture vapour permeable, allowing excess moisture to evaporate. This characteristic helps maintain skin integrity around the application area and supports ongoing wear during IV site management.
