AsGUARD SurgiStrip Reinforced Skin Closures are adhesive skin-closure strips designed to approximate wound edges in appropriate minor incisions and skin lacerations. As a needle-free closure option, they provide a painless alternative to sutures or staples and can be applied without anaesthetic. Their use may also help avoid needle puncture marks while supporting neat wound-edge alignment.

The strips feature a reinforced construction combined with a breathable, porous non-woven substrate. This design allows air circulation and moisture evaporation around the wound area, while the medical-grade adhesive is intended to maintain fixation during movement or where skin tension is present. Fast, simple application makes them suitable for settings where efficient wound management is important.
