Askina DresSil Non-Border is a silicone adhesive foam dressing designed for the management of exuding wounds. Its 3-layer construction combines an outer polyurethane film, an absorbent polyurethane foam pad, and a soft silicone adhesive wound contact layer to support effective fluid handling while helping protect delicate tissue.

The silicone contact layer is self-adherent and sits gently against the wound surface. Exudate passes through the silicone perforations into the absorbent foam, where it is managed away from the wound bed. This helps maintain a moist wound-healing environment, which is important for tissue repair.
