B. Braun Askina Heel is an advanced wound care dressing designed for the management of moderately to highly exuding heel wounds. Its anatomically shaped, non-adhesive hydrocellular foam construction is contoured to fit the heel area and extend around the malleolus, supporting coverage in a location that can be difficult to dress effectively.

The dressing uses a two-layer design with a non-adherent wound contact surface and an absorbent foam body. This structure helps absorb wound exudate while maintaining a moist wound environment, which is an important part of effective exudate management. The non-adhesive format is intended to reduce sticking to the wound surface during wear and dressing changes.
