HARTMANN Atrauman Silicone is a non-impregnated silicone wound contact layer designed to provide a gentle interface between the wound bed and secondary dressings. Its soft, conformable mesh supports atraumatic dressing changes while allowing exudate to pass through to an absorbent cover dressing. Suitable for professional use across a range of superficial, acute, and chronic wounds with slight to moderate exudate, it also functions as a protective layer on non-exuding wounds and sensitive skin areas.

Composition and Design

• Soft, thin, drapable polyethylene terephthalate (PET) mesh
• Coated on both sides with polydimethylsiloxane-based silicone gel
• Porous, open mesh structure permeable to wound exudate
• Sterile, individually sealed; single-use
