The Bodichek Hot/Cold Wheat Pack is a reusable therapy pack designed to provide convenient hot or cold relief for everyday discomforts. Use instructions

For heat therapy, microwave only and place the pack flat on a clean turntable. Consistent maximum heating guidance provided across listings is:

• 2 minutes 20 seconds at 700W
• 1 minute 40 seconds at 1000W
• 1 minute 20 seconds at 1200W

After heating, remove carefully using a towel. Do not reheat until the pack has fully cooled.

For cold therapy, place the pack in a plastic bag and leave it in the freezer for about 4 hours. Remove the plastic bag before application.

Care and safety

Store in a cool, clean environment, ideally sealed in a plastic bag or container when kept in the freezer. Do not overheat the pack and do not apply it directly to skin. Updated labelling now includes heating instructions following compliance review and testing to AS/NZS 5116:2016.
