Bodichek Waterproof Film Island Dressing Sterile is a ready-to-use sterile dressing designed to cover and protect minor wounds while supporting a clean healing environment. It combines a central absorbent pad with a transparent adhesive film, making it suitable for light exudate management and for wounds that need protection from water and everyday external contaminants.

The central low-adherent or non-adherent pad helps absorb light wound fluid while reducing the chance of sticking to the wound surface. Around the pad, the thin waterproof film creates a barrier against moisture, dirt, and other outside contaminants. At the same time, the film remains breathable, with moisture-vapour permeability reported at greater than 800 g/m²/day, which helps maintain skin comfort and reduces excessive moisture buildup beneath the dressing.
