Bodichek Waterproof Island Film Dressing is a sterile wound dressing designed to cover and protect minor cuts, grazes, abrasions, and other lightly exuding superficial wounds. It combines an ultra-thin transparent film with a central absorbent pad, giving the wound a protective cover while maintaining comfort and flexibility during everyday movement.
The central pad is highly absorbent and low-adherent, helping to manage light wound fluid while reducing the chance of the dressing sticking to the wound surface. This supports gentler dressing changes and helps minimise disruption to the healing area.
