Bolsaplast Sterilisation Flat Reel is designed for packaging medical devices and equipment before sterilisation. This 20 cm x 200 m clear, non-sterile flat reel combines medical-grade paper on one side with transparent film on the other, allowing contents to be identified while maintaining a reliable packaging structure for processing.
Constructed with 60 GSM medical-grade paper and a PET/PP blend film, the reel is made to support consistent sealing and handling in clinical and sterilisation environments. Its heat-sealable design helps create secure packs, while the material combination provides very low fibre shedding and good resistance to film tearing. These characteristics support cleaner presentation and dependable performance during preparation, sterilisation, and storage workflows.

Sterilisation Indicators
Printed colour-changing chemical indicators are positioned under the seal and are intended for use with steam, ethylene oxide, and formaldehyde sterilisation processes. The indicator inks are water-based, non-toxic, and confirmed non-cytotoxic to ISO 10993-5.
