The Bolsaplast Sterilisation Gusset Reel is a non-sterile, heat-sealable packaging reel designed for the preparation and sterilisation of medical devices, instruments, and equipment. This gusseted format provides additional capacity for items with greater depth, helping create a secure pack while maintaining clear visibility of the contents through the transparent film side.

Constructed with medical-grade paper on one side and a clear PET/PP blend film on the other, the reel is designed to support reliable packaging performance in clinical and sterilisation settings. The paper side offers extremely low fibre shedding, which helps maintain cleanliness during handling and opening, while the film provides strong tear resistance for durability during processing, transport, and storage.
