The Multigate – Cadence Laparoscopic Maryland Dissector (Non‑Ratcheted) is a sterile, single‑use hand instrument designed for precise dissection and atraumatic tissue manipulation in minimally invasive procedures. Its fine, curved Maryland jaws with horizontal serrations support delicate separation of thin adventitial tissue and secure grasping during controlled maneuvers. A non‑ratcheted handle provides responsive, continuous control for tasks that require incremental pressure rather than locked tension.
