Claripose Island Dressing

Description

Multigate’s Claripose Adhesive Island Dressing is a sterile, all-in-one wound dressing comprising a non-adherent absorbent pad integrated with a transparent, waterproof, and breathable polyurethane film adhesive backing. It provides a barrier to liquids and microbes (bacteria and viruses) while permitting moisture vapour transmission to support a balanced environment at the wound site. The flexible, conformable film and secure yet gentle adhesive make it suitable for high‑movement areas and routine dressing changes. Latex-free and single use only.

• Coverage and protection for post‑operative incisions and general wounds
• Suitable for use over IV sites or clean, intact skin as indicated by clinical judgment

Application guidance

• Apply to clean, dry skin using aseptic technique; select a size that provides adequate border around the wound
• Smooth from the center outward to ensure full contact and seal; avoid tension during placement
• Monitor per facility protocol and replace if compromised, soiled, or as clinically indicated
