Description

A fillable, four-piece base weight set designed to stabilise Coolaroo cantilever (offset) umbrellas that use a cross-style base. The plates sit over the cross arms to distribute ballast evenly while maintaining a low-profile footprint. Blow-moulded plastic construction keeps each plate lightweight when empty, and integrated carry handles make positioning and seasonal storage straightforward.

Fill with water or sand to achieve the required mass: approximately 60 kg with water or approximately 80 kg with sand. When empty, the set is portable for easy relocation. For enhanced mobility on level surfaces, the base accepts four optional wheels with a locking function—unlock to move, then lock when stationary.

Installation and use

• If portability is desired, attach compatible wheels to the underside before filling.
• Secure the swivel system to the base with screws and washers as directed by the umbrella manufacturer.
• Fill the plates with water or sand and ensure all caps are closed.
• Use on level, stable ground.
