Description
The Avanos CORGRIP NG/NI Feeding Tube Retention System is an accessory designed to help maintain the position of nasogastric and nasointestinal tubes in adult patients. It is intended to reduce inadvertent displacement or removal by providing a secure external fixation point. The system is supplied non-sterile and includes a water‑soluble lubricant to aid application. Prescription use only (Rx‑only).

- Securement device for NG/NI tubes to help prevent accidental tube movement or removal

Compatibility
- Enteral feeding tubes: 8 Fr and greater
- NG decompression/suction/drainage tubes: up to 18 Fr
Verify the French size of the tube prior to selection and placement to ensure proper fit.
Mechanism and Components
- Slot‑Slide‑Lock (SSL) clamp: designed to allow the tube to be seated in a slot, positioned, and locked to maintain external stabilization
- Includes water‑soluble lubricant to support device application

- Follow institutional protocols and the device instructions for application, skin preparation, and ongoing site assessment
