Description
Hartmann Cosmopor E LF (latex-free) by Paul Hartmann is a sterile, self-adhesive island dressing designed for reliable postoperative care and first-aid protection of primary wounds with normal exudate. Its soft non-woven backing, non-adherent contact layer, and absorbent pad work together to cushion the wound and manage exudate while supporting patient comfort. A hypoallergenic, latex-free, synthetic rubber-based adhesive provides secure yet gentle fixation, making it suitable for sensitive skin.
