Description

The Multigate Medical Products NS Underpad is a disposable, 5‑ply absorbent pad designed for bed and chair protection in continence care and for general clinical fluid management. Built to maximise wicking and minimise leaks, it combines a soft, non‑irritating non‑woven top layer with an embossed honeycomb pattern that promotes rapid uptake and distribution of fluids. A waterproof backing helps prevent strikethrough, protecting mattresses, chairs, and other surfaces.

Sealed on all four sides, the pad supports fluid containment and maintains structural integrity during use. The 55 × 40 cm format is suited to a wide range of care settings where a compact, protective layer is required. Supplied non‑sterile and intended for single use only, it supports infection control protocols by avoiding reuse of absorbent products.
