Ecopack Compostable Caddy Liners with Handles

Description

These compostable bin liners are designed for lining kitchen caddies and other small indoor bins used for food scraps and organic waste. The closest validated product match indicates an 8 L capacity, making them a practical fit for many household caddies and small bins in the approximate 7 to 10 litre range. Tie handles help make removal and carrying simpler, while also assisting with closing the liner before disposal.

Made from a compostable material blend reported as corn starch, PLA and PBAT, these liners are intended for collecting everyday organic kitchen waste such as fruit and vegetable scraps, coffee grounds and similar food-related material. They are suited to households separating organics from general waste as part of home composting or Food Organics and Garden Organics systems, depending on local collection rules.

Certifications and composting suitability

The validated certification information indicates compliance with:

• AS 4736 for commercial composting
• AS 5810 for home composting

This means the liners are suitable for commercial composting streams where AS 4736-certified liners are accepted. For FOGO use, acceptance depends on local council requirements, as certification alone does not guarantee inclusion in every kerbside organics program.
