Ecopack Compostable Dog Poop Bags

Description

Ecopack Compostable Dog Poop Bags are unscented waste bags designed for routine pet clean-up at home and on walks. Each box contains 4 rolls with 60 bags total, and the rolls are sized to fit most standard leash holders for convenient carrying.

Made from a compostable blend of corn-starch-based bio-resins, PLA, and PBAT, these bags are intended for pet owners seeking an alternative to conventional plastic waste bags. Each bag measures 220 mm x 330 mm, providing enough coverage to protect the hand during collection and enough length to tie securely after use. The size also makes them suitable for everyday clean-up, including waste from medium to large dogs.

• Unscented design with no added fragrance

Composting and Certification

These bags are certified by the Australasian Bioplastics Association for commercial composting to AS 4736 and home composting to AS 5810. Ecopack advises that, in moist composting conditions, breakdown may occur in about 90 to 180 days, with industrial composting typically faster than home composting.

Disposal and Storage Guidance

Use these bags only in composting pathways that accept pet waste, such as a dedicated home pet-waste compost system located away from edible plants, or a commercial composting facility or kerbside service that specifically accepts pet waste. Do not use the resulting compost on edible plants. These bags are not flushable and are not intended for landfill disposal.

Keep the bags dry before use and store them in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. For best performance, use within 12 months of the manufacture date.
