B. Braun Flexima 3S High Flow Bags are two-piece drainable stoma pouches designed for the collection of large volumes of stoma effluent. As part of the Flexima 3S range, these high-capacity bags are intended for use with a Flexima 3S wafer or baseplate of the same diameter, helping support correct fit and secure coupling within the system.

The pouch design combines capacity with ease of handling. A guided mechanical coupling with a safety guide assists with pouch placement, while the compact ergonomic shape is intended to remain practical despite its high-volume format. The lower section is funnel-shaped to help direct output toward the drainage area.

Materials and Comfort

The bags are made from soft non-woven material combined with an odor-proof multilayer plastic film. The construction is designed to support discretion, comfort against the skin, and odor control during wear. The product is latex-free, PVC-free, and phthalate-free.

Sizes and Variants

Available diameters are 55 mm, 65 mm, and 80 mm. Approximate capacities according to ISO 8670-2 are 970 ml, 940 ml, and 900 ml respectively. Variants include a transparent option or a beige split-cover version with an inspection window.
