B. Braun Flexima 3S Roll'Up is a two-piece drainable ostomy pouch designed for use with the Flexima 3S baseplate system. It is intended for people with an ileostomy or colostomy, particularly where output is pasty or liquid. The pouch combines a guided mechanical coupling with a secure locking action to help position the pouch accurately on the baseplate and provide clear alignment during application. The system also supports multiple pouch orientations to suit individual preference and body position.

Key Features

The pouch has an ergonomic shape and is made from a soft non-woven material combined with an odor-proof plastic film. These materials are selected to support discretion and day-to-day comfort. It is also free from latex, PVC, and phthalates (DEHP).

A protected high-performance filter is built into the pouch to assist with deodorization. The breathable membrane is designed to allow gas to escape while helping maintain leak resistance.

Outlet Design

The integrated Roll'Up outlet is designed for practical emptying and secure closure. It includes a self-gripping soft clamp and a 7 cm outlet opening to support easier drainage. Softened outlet edges are intended to improve comfort during handling, and the outlet folds down to a compact profile when closed.
