B. Braun Flexima 3S Uro is a two-piece mechanical urostomy bag designed for urine collection in people with a urostomy or other urinary diversion. It is made for use only with matching Flexima 3S two-piece wafers or baseplates in the corresponding diameter, using a system-specific mechanical coupling.

The pouch features a guided coupling design to help with positioning during application. Once attached, the system provides a click engagement and final locking mechanism to support a secure connection between the pouch and baseplate. An integrated anti-reflux valve helps reduce urine backflow into the pouch area.

Materials and Variants

The pouch includes a soft non-woven cover combined with an odor-proof plastic film. It is stated to be free from latex, PVC, and phthalates (DEHP). Available variants include beige with an inspection window and a transparent version.
