Description

The B. Braun Flexima Key CVX Base Plate is a soft convex wafer designed for use in a two-piece ostomy system. This variant features a 6 mm medium-depth convexity, intended to help support a secure fit for people with flush or slightly retracted stomas. The soft construction is made to adapt to different abdominal contours, which can assist with comfort and reliable day-to-day wear.

A key feature of the Flexima Key system is its adhesive coupling with a key-guiding design. This helps make bag positioning more precise, while supporting a simple and secure connection between the base plate and pouch. The two-piece format also allows the bag to be changed without removing the wafer each time, which may be useful for routine ostomy management.

Size and Fit
