Description

Fortisip PlantBased (Nutricia) is a ready-to-drink, plant-based oral nutritional supplement providing 1.5 kcal/mL. It is nutritionally complete and may be used as a sole source of nutrition for adults where clinically indicated. The formula is designed to leave minimal residue. Food for Special Medical Purposes; for enteral use only and to be used under medical supervision.

Supplied in a 200 mL ergonomic plastic bottle with a resealable, easy-open cap. Flavours: Mocha; Mango Passionfruit.

Directions for use

• Shake well before opening; serve chilled.

Storage

• Store in a cool, dry place.
• After opening, reseal, refrigerate, and consume or discard within 24 hours.
