Overview
Manufactured by Multigate Medical Products, this lap‑gynaecology surgical drape is designed for laparoscopic and gynaecological procedures, and may also be used as a sterile field or minor procedure drape. It measures 280 cm x 247 cm and is supplied sterile for single‑use. The blue bi‑laminate construction forms part of the Protex4 Advanced Drape Protection System, combining an absorbent top layer with an impervious backing and targeted ultra‑reinforcement to manage fluid while maintaining a reliable barrier.

Barrier and fluid management
The absorbent top layer rapidly captures fluids, while the impervious backing is designed to prevent strikethrough. Ultra‑reinforced zones around the apertures help control high‑fluid areas and minimise the risk of bacterial transfer through the drape. The integrated fluid control pouch and tube holders support orderly suction and line management during the procedure.
