Description

Multigate’s Protex®4 Hand T‑Drape (Sterile) is an orthopaedic T‑drape designed for hand procedures and for establishing a stable sterile field during minor interventions. This blue, single‑use drape features a reinforced elastomeric round aperture and an integrated tube holder/fastener to help position and secure lines while maintaining access to the operative site.

Design and materials

Protex®4 construction pairs an absorbent top layer with an impervious bi‑laminate backing. An ultra‑reinforcement panel increases local absorbency and durability in the procedural zone. The material is low‑linting and latex‑free, with a soft, pliable hand that remains strong for reliable handling and patient comfort.

Performance and barrier protection

The impervious backing is designed to prevent fluid strikethrough and reduce bacterial transfer. High absorption capacity and rapid uptake manage irrigation and blood efficiently, helping maintain a dry, clearly defined working area.
