Description

HARTMANN Hydrocoll is a self‑adherent, absorbent hydrocolloid dressing designed for moist wound management of slightly to moderately exuding wounds. Its semi‑permeable outer cover is impermeable to water and microorganisms, helping protect the wound while maintaining an optimal environment for healing. On contact with exudate, the hydrocolloid matrix transforms into a cohesive gel that supports granulation and epithelialization and facilitates autolytic debridement. The flexible, conformable construction with beveled edges provides a low‑profile fit that helps reduce edge lift; each dressing is supplied sterile in an individual pouch.

Indications

• Not for clinically infected wounds or heavily exuding wounds.
