Description

HARTMANN HydroTac Transparent Comfort is a single-use, sterile, transparent hydrocellular gel (sheet hydrogel) wound dressing with a skin-friendly adhesive border. It is designed to maintain a balanced moist environment by releasing moisture while absorbing a limited amount of exudate. The transparent construction allows continuous visual inspection of the wound bed without removing the dressing, supporting atraumatic changes and uninterrupted assessment.

Indications and Use

• For long-term management of dry or slightly exuding wounds in the granulation and epithelialization phases.
• Suitable when visibility of the wound bed is important to monitor progress without disturbing the site.
