Description

HARTMANN HydroTac Transparent is a single-use, sterile, transparent hydrocellular gel (hydrogel sheet) dressing for the management of dry to slightly exuding wounds during granulation and epithelialization. The non-border sheet comprises a hydrated polyurethane polymer containing glycerin with a high water content (approximately 60%). Its semi-permeable outer layer helps prevent bacterial penetration while permitting gas exchange and moisture vapor transmission to support a balanced wound environment.
