Description

MoliCare Skin by Paul Hartmann is a coordinated skin care range for fragile, elderly, and incontinence‑stressed skin. Built around a Clean–Protect–Care regimen, each formulation is pH‑balanced to help maintain the acid mantle and is dermatologically tested. The products aim to cleanse gently, shield against irritants, and support moisture and barrier recovery.

Cleanse

Wash lotion

A gentle, pH‑balanced body wash for whole‑body cleansing with water (bowl or shower). Mild surfactants cleanse without stripping; panthenol and sweet almond oil provide nourishing hydration. Features an odour‑neutralising, refreshing scent. Medium‑viscous, pearlescent texture; pH ~4.8–5.3; miscible with water. Available in single‑use 10 ml and bottle formats.

No‑rinse cleansing foam

Water‑free cleansing for urine and faecal soiling. Delivers high odour control with a skin‑balanced pH and creatine to support the skin barrier. Typical use: shake, spray from ~20 cm onto soiled skin, then remove with a dry wipe. Supplied in a 400 ml can.

Mild shampoo

Designed for sensitive scalps, with pH ~5.5 to help maintain the scalp’s protective layer. Contains panthenol and almond oil for gentle, thorough cleansing. 500 ml bottle.

Rinse‑free shampoo cap

A pre‑impregnated cap containing shampoo and conditioner for quick, waterless hair cleansing. pH‑balanced, dermatologically tested, and free from colourants and perfumes. Single‑cap pack for one‑time use.

Protect

Barrier cream

Zinc oxide‑free, water‑in‑oil emulsion that forms a transparent protective film without clogging continence pads. Skin‑balanced pH (~5.5–6.5). Enriched with the Nutriskin Protection Complex (natural essential fatty acids, amino acids, creatine, almond oil) to help strengthen the barrier and support regeneration; also contains bisabolol. Apply very thinly to intact skin and avoid eye contact. Available in 10 ml and 200 ml tubes.

Protection foam

A zinc oxide‑free barrier foam that spreads easily thanks to very low viscosity, forming a transparent layer over irritated skin in the genital area. Contains the Nutriskin Protection Complex, plus panthenol and urea to support regeneration and moisture balance. Skin‑balanced pH. 100 ml can.

Care

Body lotion

Moisturising body milk for sensitive, elderly skin. A water‑in‑oil emulsion supplies essential oils immediately while supporting hydration. Includes the Nutriskin Protection Complex and sweet almond oil to help strengthen the skin barrier and support regeneration. Light, refreshing scent. 500 ml bottle.
