Description

Nutricia Nutrison (fibre-free) is a nutritionally complete, ready-to-use enteral tube feed providing 1 kcal/mL and suitable as a sole source of nutrition under medical supervision. Formulated for residue-restricted diets, it is fibre-free (<0.1 g/100 mL) and features a whey-dominant P4 protein blend (whey, casein, soy, pea) to support a balanced amino acid profile and gastrointestinal tolerance. The fat blend includes fish oil supplying DHA and EPA, and medium-chain triglycerides (MCT) to support fat digestion and absorption. It is enriched with carotenoids and provides an omega-6:omega-3 ratio of approximately 2.9:1, with an osmolality of 305 mOsm/kg H2O.

Ingredients

• 500 mL and 1000 mL OpTri bottles with ISO-compliant flip-top screw cap.
• Suitable for closed or open system feeding; cap removable for decanting; compatible with ENPlus cross spikes.
• Hang time (aseptic handling): up to 24 h closed system; up to 8 h open system.
• Bottle fully recyclable; washing/re-use not recommended.

Storage
