Description
Multigate Pro-Zone+2 Sterilisation Wrap, 75 gsm (Pro-Zone75+2) is a single-use, two-tone sterilisation wrap designed for CSSD instrument packaging and sterile barrier applications. Manufactured by Multigate Medical Products, the +2 construction bonds two differently coloured sheets, enabling rapid visual detection of tears, punctures or damage during handling and before aseptic presentation.
Key features
- Two-tone, bonded plies (dark blue/lilac) provide immediate contrast to help identify damage or breaches.
- 2‑ply wrap; each ply is a 5‑layer SSMMS (Spunbond–Spunbond–Meltblown–Meltblown–Spunbond) polypropylene nonwoven.
- Low linting and anti-static to support clean handling and reduce particle transfer.
- Soft hand, low memory and excellent drape for efficient folding and secure pack closure.
- Strong sterile barrier performance with effective sterilant penetration and drying when used as directed.
- Resistant to tears, punctures and abrasion under correct handling.
- Made from recyclable polypropylene.
