Description

Multigate’s Pro-Zone 47 sterilisation wrap is designed for CSSD instrument wrapping where a reliable microbial barrier, strength and drapability are essential. The range includes the single-sheet Pro‑Zone 47 (47 gsm, Baby Blue) and the Pro‑Zone+2 variant, which bonds two sheets of Pro‑Zone 47 (2 × 47 gsm) into a two‑ply, two‑tone laminate (Baby Blue/Lilac) to assist rapid visual identification of tears or damage during handling.

Materials and construction

• SMS (spunbond–meltblown–spunbond) polypropylene with a 5‑layer construction
• Basis weight: 47 gsm per sheet (Pro‑Zone 47); Pro‑Zone+2 uses two bonded 47 gsm sheets
• Low-linting, anti-static material with low memory for easy folding and comfortable handling

Sterilisation and use

• Supplied non‑sterile; single‑use
• Compatible with ethylene oxide (ETO) processes
• Engineered for effective sterilant penetration while maintaining an excellent microbial barrier
