Proximel Silicone Foam Dressing

Description

HARTMANN Proximel Silicone Foam Dressing with Border is a five-layer, bordered silicone foam dressing for the management of exuding wounds. Its gentle silicone adhesive forms a secure, conforming seal while minimizing pain and skin irritation at removal. A superabsorbent core rapidly wicks and locks exudate away from the wound, supporting moisture balance and helping reduce the risk of maceration. The waterproof, bacteria-barrier backing is air-permeable with high moisture vapor transmission rate (MVTR) to promote breathability. The dressing can be lifted and repositioned without loss of adherence and offers wear time up to 7 days, depending on patient condition and exudate level.

Wear time and application
