Overview

Multigate Pro-Zone75 is a single-use sterilisation wrap designed for packaging instrument sets in CSSD workflows. As part of the original Pro-Zone range, it is a single-layer wrap intended for sequential wrapping techniques. The 75 gsm wrap is supplied non-sterile and dark blue in colour. After opening, the wrap may be used as a sterile field.

Material and construction

• Polypropylene, 5-layer SSMMS (Spunbond–Spunbond–Meltblown–Meltblown–Spunbond)
• Basis weight: 75 gsm This layered construction balances strength, barrier performance and drapability, providing consistent performance in routine sterilisation packaging.

• Strong and resistant to tears, punctures and abrasion when handled correctly
