Description
Multigate clip (button) tourniquet designed for venous access, combining user control with patient comfort. Available in adult and paediatric sizes, it supports infection control workflows with clearly identified variants for single-use or single-patient-use.

Design and features
- Two-button buckle for controlled release:
- Bottom ridged button = slow release for gradual decompression.
- Top smooth button = quick release for rapid removal.
- Soft elastic band gentle on fragile skin; easy to apply and adjust.
- Latex-free construction; non-sterile.
Variants and identification
- Single-use: white clip with “do not reuse” symbol; disposable, one-time use.
- Single-patient-use: colored clip dedicated to one patient; discard and replace if soiled.
- Adult: dark blue clip.
- Paediatric: blue clip; white band assists with soil detection.

- Adult and paediatric.
Instructions for use
- Apply 7.5–10 cm above puncture site; fasten by inserting the clasp into the top slot of the buckle.
- Tighten by pulling the band away from the buckle to desired pressure.
- Slow release: press the bottom ridged button and slightly lift the buckle.
- Quick release: press the top smooth button on the buckle.
Cautions
- Avoid high pressures that may impair arterial blood flow.
- Release as soon as blood enters the first tube; prolonged/high stasis may contribute to haemolysis.

- Soft elastic band (latex-free); non-sterile.
