HARTMANN Rolta Soft is a non-sterile, synthetic undercast and padding bandage designed for use in compression and support therapy. Constructed from crinkled, non-absorbent 100% polyester fibers, it provides consistent cushioning and shape conformity under plaster casts, splints, and tubular or compression bandages. Its air-permeable, temperature-balancing structure helps maintain skin comfort, while the self-clinging, non-slip surface supports wrinkle-free application that stays in place during wear. The bandage is radiolucent, allowing diagnostic imaging without removal, and can be autoclaved at 121 °C when sterilization is required.
