Not for parenteral use.
Intended use

- May be used in infants requiring a ketogenic diet, as directed by a healthcare professional.
Key features
- No added carbohydrate, allowing clinicians to prescribe carbohydrate type and amount separately while meeting other nutrient needs.
- Soy protein isolate, supplemented with L‑methionine; iron‑fortified.
- Includes L‑carnitine and taurine.
- Fat provides ~80% of total energy in the concentrate; carbohydrate is negligible.
- Lactose‑free; gluten‑free; low‑residue.
- Kosher and Halal.
- Allergen: contains soy.
Preparation and safety
- Must be diluted before feeding; do not feed undiluted.
- Standard 20 Cal/fl oz example (as directed by a healthcare professional):
- Dissolve 54 g carbohydrate in 355 mL water; bring to a boil, keep covered, and cool.
- Shake can well; add 384 mL RCF to the cooled solution; mix and pour into feeding container. Yields ~780 mL.
- Carbohydrate options for 54 g: about 4 level Tbsp sucrose OR 4 level Tbsp fructose powder OR 6 level Tbsp hydrous dextrose.
- Discard any feed remaining in the bottle 1 hour after start of feeding.
- Do not use a microwave to prepare or warm formula.
