Description

Simpson-Braun obstetric forceps are a Simpson-type pattern designed to aid vaginal delivery when the fetal head is molded. The instrument features curved, fenestrated blades with an elongated, shallow, tapered cephalic curve that conforms to a molded head and a conventional upward pelvic curve for application along the birth canal.
